Simple Pranks for April Fool's Day and Beyond
Any joke is appropriate on April Fool's Day, but your pranks should be highly original if you expect to get lots of laughs. Your main goal is to surprise unsuspecting victims. Therefore, the following simple pranks are not only perfect for April Fool's Day, they'll also work any other day of the year. For best results, follow the do-it-yourself directions exactly. Have fun!

Hilarious Snake in a Pringles Can

Buy a can of Pringles. Eat the Pringles until the can is completely empty. Buy about 150 linear feet of springy brass wire. Tightly coil the wire around a medium-sized rolling pin to give it a snake shape. Wrap the coiled wire with a 12" x 36" strip of green cloth, stitch the seam together and sew up the ends. Stuff the wrapped wire into the empty Pringles can and replace the lid. Take the can to work and place it on your desk or in the lunchroom with a sign that says "Free Pringles, Help Yourself!"

Hilarious Trick Comb

Buy an ordinary pocket comb, dip it in clear varnish or lacquer and let the covering harden overnight. (Two separate coats work best). The result is a comb which appears genuine but IT WILL NOT COMB HAIR!

Hilarious Imitation Chocolate-Coated Mint Patties

In a small bowl, pour about 1/4 cup Plaster of Paris mix, add a little bit of water and stir into a thin batter. Drop teaspoon-sized spots of the plaster mix onto a pie pan so they spread out in a good imitation of a peppermint patty. Allow to set for about 10 minutes. In a small pan heat some real chocolate on the stove, add enough water and sugar to stir into a creamy-thick liquid. With a pair of tweezers, dip the hardened plaster disks into the chocolate, let them drip, then place the patties back on the pie pan for about an hour.

When the fake candy is ready, mix with real chocolate candy and offer it to your friends or co-workers. Or, place the fake candy patties in a box with a sign that says "Free Candy!"

Hilarious Imitation Peanuts

Buy a bag of peanuts in the shell plus about a pound of dry white kidney beans. Carefully crack open the peanut shells and remove the nuts. Replace the nuts with kidney beans, apply a tiny bit of glue to the edges of the shells then press the halves together again (with kidney beans inside). After the glue dries, return fake peanuts to the bag and offer them to your friends and co-workers. Or, place the opened bag in a high-traffic location in your home or office with a sign that says "Free Peanuts!"

Important Warning: Be certain to buy WHITE raw kidney beans because eating RED raw kidney beans can be fatal. Raw white beans are much safer because they contain only about one-third the amount of deadly toxins as raw red beans. Consuming a half dozen raw white beans may bring on symptoms of nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea accompanied with severe abdominal pain. Some persons may require hospitalization, however in most cases, recovery will occur within three to four hours.

HAVE FUN!!!
